If you’re looking for a deep, involved plot or extensive character development, this series is not for you and you might want to check out my other full-length books. If you like hot, steamy, sexy short stories that take you on a wild ride into a world of sensual fantasy, then by all means . . . enjoy!

Done For, is the second book in a series of novelette that will cause your heat level to surge. It’s downright naughty, nasty and filled with taboo.

When you are desperate for survival, you make decisions you normally never would. Something Diana Summers learned in No Option.

Now, in Done For, Shona Nicole, one of Diana Summers’ best friends, found herself in a precarious position. One, she had no idea how to get herself out of.

“No, you will not come until I am inside you.”

Shona Nicole is a firebrand. She’s gorgeous, tenacious, self-assured and doesn’t have a submissive bone in her body. Or so she thought. Until, she met alpha Mitch Cooper and his beta friends, Jason White and Sam Elliot, for dinner . . . and became their dinner.

Mitch is a puppeteer extraordinaire. He likes it hard, fast . . . and twisted—like a pretzel.

When Shona unwittingly gets caught in the trio billionaires’ strings, it’s time to play with their nubile puppet. Shona will be put through a series of ‘tests’ and played like a marionette, until she is done for. Oh boy . . .

  Is Shona ready?

Because this is going to be an absolute mind-screw!

Ah damnit! Where’s the bloody wine?

Thanks to all my supporting fans. I love and appreciate all of you.

  Enjoy.

  Chapter One

“You’re a very beautiful woman, Shona, but I don’t believe there’s any chance of a relationship between us.”

She stared at him dumbfounded. Where the devil did that come from?

“Well, Mr. Cooper, you should wait until asked. Making assumptions will only leave you shame-faced,” she said. Shona Nicole wasn’t a woman who allowed any man to bring her down. Not even someone as hot and sexy as Mitch Cooper. “We’re just having dinner if memory serves me right.” She did her best to keep her expression and tone neutral. It wouldn’t do, to let him see just how much his wayward comment had shaken her.

Yeah, especially as you’d been daydreaming about the possibility of hot, sweaty sex with this guy!

Shona had always been in awe of Mitch Cooper’s looks. He had transient eyes that changed hues in tandem with his moods. His usual charcoal gray eyes sometimes lightened to molten silver globes of heat—like right now. His direct gaze was a sign of the confidence that oozed from his persona. He always appeared larger than life because of that. His shoulders rippled when he moved in his chair. Her eyes inadvertently moved over his muscled chest and arms.

Gawd! What I wouldn’t give to have him pin me down on a bed . . . mmmm.

His mahogany hair had a tousled look. She’d seen him drag his hands through it often enough and was sure that’s how this devil-may-care style was borne. The locks fell over his broad forehead, which tapered into a square, sculpted jaw and high cheek bones. His aquiline nose sat above a wide, very kissable mouth that was currently curved in enjoyment.

He had the audacity to chuckle. His expression was a mix of amusement and admonishment.

“You should at least try and be honest with yourself, Shona, even though you’re lying to me. No, don’t bother denying it. I wasn’t born yesterday. I know when a woman’s pussy is oozing with desire for me, and you, little dove, have been wet since the moment I kissed your palm in your apartment when I picked you up earlier.”

Her jaw dropped again. Her brain nearly went into a cataclysmic fit. She pointed a finger at him, resisting the urge to poke his chest.

“You’re like them? You’re like your brother and his friends, aren’t you? A . . . what do they call themselves again? Ah yes, a Dom. I’m right, aren’t I?”

A Cheshire grin lit his face. He was enjoying himself, quite shamelessly too.

“Damn you, stop laughing at me! I don’t find this funny at all,” Shona snapped at him. She straightened her back and flattened her hands on her thighs, desperate to still her trembling hands. Whether from annoyance or excitement, she wasn’t all too sure.

“So, I assume, since you’re a Dominant, you don’t believe I’m capable of satisfying you. Is that it?”

“Oh no, Shona, love, that’s not it at all. I think you’re probably a sexual dynamite, but being a submissive? Well, let’s be honest, little darling, you’re a firecracker and I can’t see you calling me ‘Sir’ or ‘Master’ while you’re begging me to let you come.”

Mitch’s gaze sharpened at her reaction. She always appeared blasé, contained and to be honest, annoyingly self-assured. So, he was surprised to see her cheeks suddenly kissed pink, like a spring rose; the blooming color was becoming on her otherwise sun-tanned skin. She looked away, and for the first time since he’d met her a year ago, she fiddled with her fingers. He sat back in his chair, allowing her time to compose herself; fighting back the smile that threatened t
o break out.

She was a gorgeous woman. Her fiery red hair looked scorching to touch. Her sunset locks captured the light in vibrant ruby hues; flowing in warm curls of lava to her mid-back.

She was the kind of woman that other women loved to hate. She was thirty-five, had the exuberance of youth with movie star looks, and a perfectly curvy body that she carried with confidence; it made people stop in their tracks. Her bone structure was flawless and her skin looked like smooth silk. All of which were enhanced by the intelligence and beauty she radiated. Her sky blue eyes were a shocking contrast to her red hair. In a word, this woman was breathtaking.

“Well, I have to admit, I’m surprised. I didn’t believe a true Dominant would judge a book by its cover, so to speak,” she responded with a tilt of her chin.

Mitch stared at her; her open challenge was like a line drawn in the sand between them. This little snip of a woman needed to learn to pick her battles. She had no idea what she was inviting with her come hither eyes and sassiness.

“Shall we test your theory, Shona? Who knows, maybe there are some hidden submissive qualities beneath this icy exterior of yours; but I have my doubts.”

“Test away, Mitch Cooper. You might be in for a surprise,” she dared him. Her eyes glimmered in the shadows cast by the light scones on the wall behind her.

What the fuck are you doing, Shona? He’ll eat you up and spit you out without blinking!

But, she couldn’t help herself. A little devil on her shoulder kept telling her to push him. To find out if what her best friend, Diana Summers, had found with her three dominant husbands, was what she herself had secretly been yearning for.

Face it, Shona, you’ve never been lucky in relationships. You’ve always felt something was missing.

Maybe that was why she always took charge—sexually. Because the men in her life hadn’t been strong enough to guide her or give her what she craved in bed.

Shona blinked owlishly when Mitch rose and suddenly their booth was crowded with two more bodies on either side of her. She looked from the one to the other.

  “What the—”

“What’s the matter, Shona, love? Do you wish to back out? What? You did say that I was like my brother and his friends, didn’t you? So, this shouldn’t come as a surprise to you.”

“You . . . you mean that you and they . . . that the three of you . . .” She swallowed. Her inability to articulate what her brain was telling her, made her appear like a bumbling idiot.

“Yes, Shona. This is Sam Elliott and Jason White, my best friends. We’ve been business partners for years. We do everything together.”

  “E-everything?”

“Yes, love. Everything.” Mitch intoned drily. “Guys, this is the lady I told you about, Shona Nicole. Don’t put too much stock in her stammering. She’s usually loquacious.”

“Ah, surprised you, did he?” Sam asked with a twinkle in his eyes. He brushed her hair back over her shoulder as she turned to look at him. “Beautiful eyes. Love that color,” he murmured—more to himself than her.

Shona swallowed. Oh fuck. He looked good enough to eat! She’d never been this close to any man who could be classed as a veritable Greek God. He had the quintessential Adonis look going for him; from his sun-tanned skin to his golden hair that complemented his cerulean blue eyes. And that body. Jeez, how could one man be this lucky? He was lean, but muscled too, with a perfectly symmetrical face that could grace the cover of a dozen magazines―he was that perfect.

“Mitch has a nasty streak you’ll have to watch out for, Shona. He likes to yank a person’s feet from under them before he pounces,” said Jason, drawing her gaze to him. “Love her pouting cupid-lips,” he observed.

Shona stared at him wide-eyed. He was the brawniest of the three, with rugged looks—like an uncut diamond. She could imagine him on a Harley, sporting a wicked grin and prurient moss-green gaze. His dark hair was cut army-style―harmonizing his outdoor looks to perfection. His biceps bulged as he took a sip of Mitch’s beer. Fuck me. I wonder if he’s as big all over. Her pussy tingled in response to his proximity. Get a grip, Shona. The way you’re going, you’re a hair trigger away from climaxing!

“So, Shona. Are you ready? Or are you about to bolt out the door?” Mitch asked. He hadn’t moved and sat watching her from the other side of the table with an amused expression on his face. He clearly expected her to make a run for it.

Or, god forbid, he knows how wet my pussy already is.

His lips twitched like he could read her mind and once again, she felt the hot blush tint her cheeks. She squared her shoulders and leveled her eyes on him.

“Are you gonna talk me to death or start your little test anytime soon?”

“Oh hell, yeah. There’s the little brat you told us about. God, I’m going to enjoy taming this little firebrand,” Jason growled in a deep voice.

“Are you ready to order, sir?” The server asked politely from where he stood by Mitch’s side.

“Not yet. Give us ten minutes. But bring two more beers in the meantime,” he responded without taking his eyes off Shona.

“Very well, sir,” the server responded as he walked away.

Somehow, the ten minutes sounded like a threat to Shona’s ears and she shifted uncomfortably in the seat.

Did I just bite off more than I can chew? Relax, Shona. Just what exactly can they do to you in a public place like this?

It was a question Shona came to wish she’d thought about before she’d poked Mitch with her impertinence.

  Chapter Two

“Lift your skirt to your hips.”

Shona tried to contain her jaw from dropping to the floor. She stared at him, wishing she had control over her eyes, which she was sure were wide open.

She glanced around the room nervously but realized he had picked this specific booth deliberately. The dining room was elegant in a minimalist sort of way, yet still echoed the natural world outside, with the dark wood booths that were covered in soft red leather. The floor was slate and with the cream walls and tall mullioned windows, it was a fine place for an evening meal.

Shona let herself soak in the ambient music for a few moments, drinking in the fragrant air, wondering what the words were. She shifted uncomfortably, looking over her shoulder. She could barely see over it, which meant none of the other diners would be any the wiser as to what was about to happen.

Their booth was in the back corner of the room and the hum of conversation from the other diners around them set her mind at ease that they were somewhat secluded.

  “Shona.”

She almost jumped at his commanding tone.

His keen gaze unnerved her and when one eyebrow rose in amused chastisement, Shona felt the familiar tingle of arousal in her loins. How he managed to do that to her with one glance, she had no idea. Under these circumstances, however, it aggravated her.

He leaned forward so slightly, she almost didn’t notice, but the edge to his voice was unmistakable.

“So, I guess the test is over.”

Shona bristled at his smirk until she realized it was a sign of disappointment, when she looked into his eyes.

Gawd! He wanted me to pass this test?

She wasn’t sure if that was it or her wanting to see some sign of his desire for her. It was enough for her to act—without giving it too much consideration; which was unlike her. She yanked her dress up to her hips. Her breath escalated when she felt her bare thighs brush against the strong muscled ones on both sides.

“Ah, our little sub has spirit. I like that,” Jason murmured in her ear, a split second before he sucked on her lobe.

“Oh!” The gasp escaped her lips at the heat that filled her chest with the gentle draws of his lips.

  Rrrripp!

“Oh my god!” Shona moaned when Sam tore off her thong in one hard tug. Her loins throbbed in wicked anticipation.

She glanced from Sam to Jason, while desperately trying to calm her breathing. But then his gaz
e captured hers again.

Mitch brushed the tip of his fingers from one corner of his mouth to the other, watching her intently. Shona shivered. With every swipe if his finger on his lips, it felt like he was toggling her clitoris. Her little nub was pulsing from the effect his simple movements had on her.

“Spread your legs wide. Come now, Shona. Wider,” he growled. Surprisingly, she blindly followed his order. As her thighs spread wider, she began to hyperventilate.

How the fuck was he doing this to me? WTF! No, why am I following his every instruction like a stringed puppet?

“Easy there, little darling, breathe.” Sam soothed her. She took a deep breath.

“Shall we begin, Shona?” Mitch pushed her with another stare, which was in total contrast to the lopsided grin he usually sported.

“Do you beat everything to death, Mitch Cooper? What are we waiting for? Christmas?” Shona bit out. His eyes narrowed, but she refused to back down. She wanted to crumble the iron control he suddenly had over his emotions. She longed to see that tingle of mirth—the gentle teasing, back in his eyes. “I thought we’d already begun.”

“You don’t want to push his buttons, my pet,” Jason warned. “He might just bite.”

“I’m not scared of his bite,” she responded. Her eyes were still in a daring contest with the silver-gray ones across the table.

“Haha, yep, I do like this sassy bit of woman. You might not be scared but it would be wise to be wary of him, darling. Mitch is the one you don’t want to spar with. He likes to mete out punishment.” Jason warned her gently.

“Yeah darlin, and believe me, it’s not the kind of punishment you would expect or want to be party to,” Sam cautioned.

She chose to keep quiet, aware of the hard and cold gaze holding hers.

Punishment? Well, no chance of that. It was an assumption Shona would come to regret later; only one of many.

A soft brush of fingers on her knees had her freezing for a brief moment. However, they didn’t remain there. She bit on her lip when the inquisitive fingers travelled up on the inside of her thigh . . . higher . . . higher.
